Delivery & Returns

Artwork is handled, inspected and packaged for delivery with the greatest of care. Delivery of unframed artwork is 3-5 working days from the time that you place your order. If you have chosen for your artwork to be framed, as this is bespoke and handmade to order, delivery within the UK by courier will take up to 10 working days from the time you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch your order within the specified time frames we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling your order. If you have specific time requirements please be sure to contact us before placing your order and we will endeavour to meet your request.

International delivery is also offered, depending on the destination country delivery times may take longer so please contact us if you have any questions.  Any import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient so please be sure to check these with your local authorities before purchasing.

Delivery within the UK is £20 for up to two framed pieces, increasing to £25 for 3 framed pieces.  International delivery rates can be viewed at the point of purchase and work on the same basis.  If your country is not showing a delivery option please contact us and we will get back to you with a price.



You have a right to return any standard item within 7 days from the date you received it. If for any reason you feel the artwork is not right for you, please do get in touch before returning it as we might be able to help you find an alternative piece. Returned items must be in perfect condition, if unframed, folios must be unopened. The customer covers the cost of the return delivery. Your return courier option should cover the value of the artwork. Please be sure to request proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred through returns. Once a returned item has been received and signed for by Chien Couture or Picture House Publishing, we will refund you within 30 days via your original payment method.

We take great pride in every piece of artwork that leaves the studio with exceptional levels of quality control. In the very rare occurrence that a product is damaged in transit please contact us on receipt and within 48 hours and we will arrange for collection and a resolution to the problem. If for example the print has slipped in its mount please do not attempt to open the frame and resolve the problem yourself. The framing is done by archival framing specialists and as such the process and environment is very important to preserve the life of the artwork using dust and acid free materials. Once you have interfered with the frame we cannot be held liable for any further damage this may have caused to the artwork inside.  The artwork will need to be wrapped in as much of the original packaging as possible, placed into the external protection and sealed before it is collected.

Any personalised products cannot be returned after you have received them unless they are confirmed as defective or damaged, in which case please contact us immediately. We will aim to repair or replace the item at our discretion. Personalised products include any products that are commissioned or have an artist dedication. These are likely to have been discussed and agreed with the publisher or artist prior to the order being placed.
